I have had asthma for 5 years. I am 56 years old. It was hard in the beginning because I would be in the hospital at least 2 times a year a week at a time. It was very scary for me and my husband. But now it has been more than a year that I have been in the hospital. It took a while for me to take control even with meds and inhalers. Now I can even exercise more than 30 min. a day. I refuse to let this get me down now. I am more up and that is the way to be.
