While the students the Chris Draft Family Foundation selects as Draft's Picks are very diverse, they all have one thing in common: They are leaders. Draft's Picks are students that have taken the lead amongst their student peers. They are strong. They stand up. They stand out.

Draft's Picks have been involved in a number of events throughout 2010, many of them being invited to screenings of "The Blind Side" at local theaters across the country, and writing essays regarding the character points of the film.

The foundation has been recognizing student-leaders for Draft's entire NFL career, and one of our former Draft's Picks has even started an NFL career of his own.

To be able to continue making a difference, the United states needs leaders. Those leaders are sitting in classrooms across the country, and they're already striving to change the world, one community at a time.
