Chris Draft, U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack and a host of others visited Anton Elementary School in Los Angeles as part of the Child and Adult Care Food Program Service, which  plays a vital role in improving the quality of day care and making it more affordable for many low-income families.
