6:00pm CDFF joins the YMCA Family Night event on July 20, 2011 at our YMCA Potomac Overlook- 10709 Indian Head Highway, Fort Washington, MD 20744, (301) 203-2302 from 6:00-8:00pm. The YMCA will operate our PHD (Physical, Healthy and Driven) program with the mobile PHD on the MOVE RV on site that creates an active play/fitness experience using games, obstacle courses, hula hoops, balls and inflatable equipment to inspire children and adults alike to play. The PHD on the Move RV made an appearance at the White House in 2009 with the First Lady, Michelle Obama experiencing first-hand, the benefit of play with her amazing hula hoop skill and run to the finish in the YMCA obstacle course challenge.
